In June 2019 I lead my first women's Permission Granted retreat.  Permission Granted was birthed out of my work in empowering women, helping them connect to their divine self and remembering their life purpose.

As I grew and evolved along with the women in my first retreats, so did the focus on where the healing really needed to be. Generations of shame, guilt, abandonment had been passed on to the people I had been working with through their family lineage. That's how Harmonize with the Ancestors was born.

I plan on leading 2-3 Ancestral Healing Retreats per year to help people release the behaviors and patterns that no longer serve them. The origins of these behaviors and patterns are often found in the Ancestral lineage. The Ancestors are urging us to be different, chose different ways of being in order to help humanity evolve and the planet survive.

These retreats include, meditation, sound meditation, grounding work, shadow work, rituals, soul inquiry, shamanic journeying, connection work, amazing food and a beautiful venues.

Healing the Mother Wound Retreat

May 10-11, 2024

Join us during Mother's Day weekend, for a soul-stirring overnight retreat. Through a blend of ancient rituals, sound healing, meditation, and soul inquiry practices, we will connect with our maternal ancestors (Mothers, Grandmothers, Great Grandmothers, etc.) breaking toxic generational patterns, and cultivating healing, peace, and love.

Research suggests that we may carry up to seven generations of trauma in our bodies. Unhealthy patterns are unconsciously passed from one generation to the next, keeping us trapped in states of suffering, scarcity, anger, shame, etc. Together, will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, honoring the wisdom and resilience of our maternal ancestors while also acknowledging the pain and challenges they may have experienced.

During our weekend together, we will:

• Enjoy sound healing sessions 
• Explore our roots through journaling,
• Identify and heal patterns of generational trauma within our maternal lineage 
• Receive wisdom and guidance from our maternal ancestors Experience a meditative labyrinth walk with the ancestors and sound healing by the bonfire
• Participate in guided Despacho and chord cutting rituals let go of painful generational patterns and cultivate healing and joy
• Enjoy a Saturday night fire circle 
• Engage in gentle yoga and movement (yoga classes will be appropriate for all body types and levels—no experience is needed). 
• Enjoy time for personal reflection, rest, and enjoyment of the grounds
